Larry Fisher is Vice President, Business Development with The Ayers Group. In this role, he is responsible for leading the sales effort of the Ayers team to insure the highest level of client service for Ayers clients, and supporting the efforts of the sales team on a global basis across Ayers’ full suite of career transition and Executive Coaching & Development solutions. 

Larry has over 10 years of experience helping clients navigate change in their organizations successfully. Prior to joining Ayers, Larry was a Business Development consultant for Right Management, servicing clients and building new relationships in Career Transition and Talent Management in the Northeastern US. Earlier in his career, Larry founded Fisher Action Coaching, and later Orion Business Solutions, where his work focused on coaching for performance improvement, and creating organizational change through developmental programs at over 150 organizations throughout the Northeast.

Additionally, Larry was a Consultant with Sherwood Learning Solutions, where he designed and delivered leadership and business development programs using methodologies including action learning, coaching and systemic modeling, in professional services, financial services, pharmaceutical, healthcare and other sectors. Representative clients include BDO, CBH and Hess, among others.

Before joining Sherwood, Larry was VP of Business Development for Chubb Computer Services, a division of Chubb Insurance. Chubb Computer Systems provided technical and professional skills training programs for individuals, who were then placed into the market as consultants on a temporary-to-permanent basis. Larry was responsible for the successful launch of six offices across the US, serving a broad client base that included Allstate, UPS, EDS, AT&T, Citigroup, Bell South and others.

Larry graduated with a B.A. in Communications from the State University of New York at Oswego in Oswego, NY. Larry is certified in Covey Sales Training, Rhino Sales Training and Action Coaching.

Joan joined The Ayers Group as Managing Director in 2000.  In her current role, Joan manages the Executive Coaching & Development practice.

Prior to joining The Ayers Group, Joan spent 10 years as an independent consultant, providing services in executive coaching, mentoring, organization development, change management, leadership and executive development to a variety of industries.

Before establishing a consultancy, Joan held senior human resource management positions with Continental Insurance, Chemical Bank, Union Carbide, Chase Manhattan Bank and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. During her corporate career, she had responsibility for various aspects of human resources management, including performance management, training and development, organization development, recruiting, internal placement and affirmative action. While a training manager at Union Carbide, she was responsible for the creation of a Training Center focused on providing training programs to facilitate the implementation of a major culture change within the sponsoring business/division. She has also been a vice president of Corporate Training for Chase Manhattan Bank with responsibility for the first globally implemented executive development program for managers at the vice president level and above.

Joan has extensive experience in executive coaching at all organizational levels, and specializes in integrating 360º feedback into this work. She is certified in several state-of-the-art 360º instruments and is able to offer flexibility in selecting the best instrument for the individual, group and/or organization.

Joan has been an adjunct faculty member of the Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro, North Carolina and of Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations. She is a member of the American Society of Training and Development and has served as a member of the Executive Advisory Council for their Financial Services Forum.

As a sought-after thought leader, business practitioner and published author, Mr. Kaminsky has focused on transformational talent strategies for businesses across a spectrum of industries. With more than 25 years of human capital industry experience, he has led diverse teams of professionals to achieve success within a variety of competitive industries, markets and functional areas. In 2015, he authored two white papers addressing the dynamics behind talent acquisition and strategic talent management.

Mr. Kaminsky holds a master of science in communications degree from Boston University, and a bachelor of arts in business administration degree from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP®) where he serves as the lead chair for the Global Human Capital chapter.
