Group Career Transition Programs
We work with organizations to develop one,
two, and three-day group transition programs. Up to twelve
participants will be included in each session — a workshop
size that assures optimal interaction and learning.
Participants will be included in The Ayers
Group Research & Job Development Program. Resumes and
career summaries will be disseminated to human resource departments
and hiring managers via on-line posting of resumes and inclusion
in a Candidate Profile Book. Each participant will receive
a copy of The Ayers Group Career Guidance & Planning Workbook,
which contains useful information, exercises, and directories.
Services may include:
- Videotaped practice interviewing
and networking sessions
- One, two and three-day seminars
customized to client needs
- Interactive seminars combined with
practice interviewing, networking, and resume writing
sessions
- Adjunctive hourly counseling
services (at client’s request)
- Telephone follow-up
