The center will help candidates move through the career transition process smoothly by providing information, tools, and resources to conduct a successful and meaningful job search.

Financial Assessment is an effective tool to assist a candidate plan out his finances while going through a career transition.
• Proprietary Resume Builder – Allows the candidate to create his resume in a chronological or functional format to create interest on the part of potential hiring managers and to get his "foot in the door."
• Interactive Exercises – Exercises on building a “sales package” for the candidate to market himself successfully to potential employers.
• Job Banks – Job banks uncover career opportunities in various industries and geographical areas.
• Resume Bank – Accessible to post candidates’ resumes and make them available to recruiters and hiring managers who are seeking potential employees.
• Job Offer Evaluator – Assists in determining what job offer is best for the candidate.
