The Ayers Group

The Ayers Group is headquartered in New York City and is the talent management arm of KellyOCG and a member of Career Partners International. Since 1975, we have helped companies adapt to change through guidance on issues pertaining to human resources and organizational development. In 2006 we were acquired by Kelly Services, a global leader in workforce management, and in 2020 aligned under KellyOCG, Kelly’s global advisor of workforce solutions, to offer organizations across the world end-to-end solutions for different stages of their business.
